Matthew Carey is the co‑founder and CEO of Teradar, a Boston‑based company pioneering terahertz imaging for next‑generation automotive sensing. A robotics‑trained engineer and product leader, he has driven Teradar’s strategy and technology since its 2021 founding. Previously, he led advanced sensing product management at Humatics and held engineering roles at General Dynamics, Rethink Robotics and L3Harris. He holds an MBA from MIT and advanced engineering degrees from Northeastern and WPI.
