Before joining Varnum, Stefan served as associate general counsel for a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, where he led data privacy strategy for the development and production of the world’s first fully electric truck. Prior to that, he served as autonomous vehicle counsel for a major global auto maker and advised the auto maker on worldwide data privacy and cybersecurity matters. He also clerked for US district judge Paul D Borman.
