Florian is co-founder and CEO of AVES Reality, a startup focused on next-generation simulation and synthetic data solutions for automotive, smart city and defense applications. Before founding AVES Reality in 2022, he spent over five years as a research associate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO, researching technological trends and innovation strategies in the automotive sector, with a focus on autonomous driving and new mobility technologies. He also led the Fraunhofer Innovation Network FutureCar. Florian holds an MSc in industrial engineering and management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
